Join a 2 hour 45 minute hands-on cooking experience in San Sebastián, where you transition from diner to chef in a private masterclass. Held in one of our hidden kitchens in the Old Town, this workshop is led by an expert chef and includes translation if needed.
Learn essential Basque culinary techniques as you prepare iconic dishes such as a creamy Spanish omelette, cod al pil pil with perfect emulsion, the charred txuleta, and the famous Basque cheesecake. End your session by tasting your creations, paired with local wines, txakoli, or cider.
